Community Events Bring Ongoing Fun & Festivity
Known for events and activities nearly every month, Buda has an active calendar that attracts every kind of person. Every year, Buda hosts Budafest, which brought in 22k visitors in 2023. In 2024, we celebrated Buda’s Birthday with Buda resident and musician, Shakey Graves. Then, of course, there’s the quite literally world-famous Wiener Dog Races. More than two decades into this acclaimed event, people from all over the world pack their bags and their dachshunds and head to City Park.
